The City of Raleigh Employees Credit Union is a not for profit, member owned financial cooperative operating under the auspices of the Credit Union Division of the state of North Carolina. Through the strength of our membership, the credit union is able to provide more affordable and competitive financial services with the best possible rates while maintaining our financial stability.
